Located in the Fontrailles commune in the Hautes-Pyrénées department, the Pays de Trie Agrogaz biomethane plant produces 310 Nm³ CH₄/h. Led by a group of 72 farmers, Agrogaz company shareholders, the plant processes 70,000 tonnes of feedstock consisting mainly of livestock manure. In addition to injecting biomethane into the GRDF network, it also produces reusable biogenic CO₂ thanks to a purification system.
