The simplified joint-stock company Horizon is a plant that is truly local in nature. The project is managed by two farming businesses, a semi-public company that brings together different communities, the commune of Tournon where the plant is located and a local waste collector.
This cogeneration plant processes effluents (manure, liquid manure) from the two agricultural businesses and biowaste from the region, generating 250 kW of electricity.
