Methabiogaz brings together five farming businesses and one agricultural trader. The plant processes 10,900 tonnes of agricultural feedstock each year (livestock manure, cereal offal, intermediate energy crops). The liquefying technology makes it possible to recycle organic matter that is mainly solid with high dry matter content. The digestate is subject to a complex process that converts it into a liquid. The biogas is then converted into biomethane that is injected into the GRDF network.
