Biogaz du pays de Nouzilly

Biogaz du Pays de Nouzilly recycles 12,000 tonnes of agricultural and agro-food industry waste every year. Funded by the INRAE Val de Loire research centre in Nouzilly, this plant converts the biogas produced into electricity and heat using a 250 kW cogenerator. The heat produced meets the needs of the INRAE research centre’s nine buildings.

Biogaz du grand Auch

The Biogaz du grand Auch biomethane plant is equipped with infinitely mixed digester technology. The biogas is converted into 1,067 MW of electricity via a cogeneration unit. This regional project recycles over 40,000 tonnes of waste every year.

Lycée Agricole d’Obernai

Obernai Agricultural College has built an on-site biomethane plant that enables it to recycle 10,000 tonnes of material produced by the school (cafeteria waste, manure from the college’s farm, agricultural co-products). The biogas generated is converted into electricity and heat by a 265 kW cogenerator.

CAPIK

Built in 2010, CAPIK was one of the first biomethane plants in France to install infinitely mixed digester technology. The Haut-Normand industrial project is led by a professional waste processor and an agricultural cooperative.
