Horizon The simplified joint-stock company Horizon is a plant that is truly local in nature. The project is managed by two farming businesses, a semi-public company that brings together different communities, the commune of Tournon where the plant is located and a local waste collector. This cogeneration plant processes effluents (manure, liquid manure) from the two agricultural […] See more
FJM Environnement This plant recycles the manure generated every year by a cattle rearing business and uses the digestate produced to fertilise crops. It also generates 500 kW of electricity. Equipped with a Fleximix mixing system, the plant can process large quantities of manure. See more
Biogaz de château Gontier In addition to numerous agricultural projects, NASKEO also draws on its bespoke engineering expertise to work with industrial parks. BIOGAZ DE CHÂTEAU GONTIER is one such partner. The plant boasts steel digesters, a three-tank hygienisation system and an exchanger solution to optimise overall energy performance. Originally equipped with a cogeneration system and an urban heating […] See more
Methabraye Methabraye is an innovative project that brings together 17 agricultural businesses. Processing 30,000 tonnes of feedstock each year, it purifies the biogas produced before liquefying and injecting the resulting biomethane at a site 17 km away. The liquefied biomethane is transported in a lorry equipped with a cryotank. Facts and figures:• Processes 30,000 tonnes of […] See more
Bio Méthane Seg Led by Bio-Méthane-Seg, this regional biomethane project brings together 27 farming businesses who were keen to diversify their income streams and jointly invest in effluent management. The plant processes 50,000 tonnes of agricultural waste – primarily effluents (manure and liquid manure). It produces 160 Nm³ CH₄/h, which is injected into the GRDF network. See more
Methabiogaz Methabiogaz brings together five farming businesses and one agricultural trader. The plant processes 10,900 tonnes of agricultural feedstock each year (livestock manure, cereal offal, intermediate energy crops). The liquefying technology makes it possible to recycle organic matter that is mainly solid with high dry matter content. The digestate is subject to a complex process that […] See more
Canac Paulhe The simplified joint-stock company Canac-Paulhe’s project was the result of a collaboration between two neighbours looking to safeguard the future of their family businesses (cow and sheep’s milk). The cogeneration plant produces 265 kW of electricity and converts 11,000 tonnes of mixed feedstock (effluents, cheese factory waste, vegetable waste) into biogas each year. The electricity […] See more
Earl du lac de Matefan EARL du Lac de Matefan is an organic pig farming business that already produces enough food and energy to be self-sufficient. Its biomethane plant was built with the aim of advancing this approach, recycling the effluents generated through animal husbandry and generating 160 kW of electricity. The biogas produced is converted into heat and electricity. […] See more
Zoo parc de Beauval Beauval Zoo has built a biomethane plant to recycle 11,000 tonnes of biowaste on site, most of which is produced by the business itself (green waste and zoo manure). The biogas generated is converted into electricity and heat by a 265 kW cogenerator. The heat produced is used in the hothouses and pools that house […] See more
Gâtinais Biogaz Founded in 2005, Gâtinais Biogaz was one of the first projects led by an agricultural collective. Fully operational from 2012, this project enables businesses to diversify their income streams and to recycle more livestock waste into organic fertiliser that is more easily absorbed by plants and is less odorous. The biogas was originally converted into […] See more
Biogaz de Gaillon Biogaz de Gaillon is a waste recycling centre located in the Eure department. The plant processes 28,000 tonnes of agro-industrial and community waste every year. The heat generated by the cogeneration unit heats a secondary school and an aquatic centre. A prime example of a successful regional project, Biogaz de Gaillon tackles the issues of […] See more
Biogaz du pays de Nouzilly Biogaz du Pays de Nouzilly recycles 12,000 tonnes of agricultural and agro-food industry waste every year. Funded by the INRAE Val de Loire research centre in Nouzilly, this plant converts the biogas produced into electricity and heat using a 250 kW cogenerator. The heat produced meets the needs of the INRAE research centre’s nine buildings. See more
Biogaz du grand Auch The Biogaz du grand Auch biomethane plant is equipped with infinitely mixed digester technology. The biogas is converted into 1,067 MW of electricity via a cogeneration unit. This regional project recycles over 40,000 tonnes of waste every year. See more
Lycée Agricole d’Obernai Obernai Agricultural College has built an on-site biomethane plant that enables it to recycle 10,000 tonnes of material produced by the school (cafeteria waste, manure from the college’s farm, agricultural co-products). The biogas generated is converted into electricity and heat by a 265 kW cogenerator. See more
CAPIK Built in 2010, CAPIK was one of the first biomethane plants in France to install infinitely mixed digester technology. The Haut-Normand industrial project is led by a professional waste processor and an agricultural cooperative. CAPIK is authorised to process 36,000 tonnes of organic waste and is connected to a 775 kW cogeneration motor. A biowaste […] See more
